All ages - Open Mat Practices
Mon & Weds 6pm-730pm. *Running these through August, last open mat is 8/28
High Schoolers - Preaseason Strength/Conditioning
Starts Oct 28 - Girls 2:50-3:50pm, Boys 4:00pm-5:00pm. Bring running shoes and wrestling shoes if you have them.
High Schoolers - Little Cats Fundraiser

Nov 11 - Girls 2:50-4:30pm, Boys 4:00pm-5:45pm.
